Drive-up Payment Drop

Make your tax payment 24 hours a day. Simply place your check or money order in a sealed envelope (do not put cash in the drop box) along with the tear-off payment stub from the tax bill and drop it in the box!

The Payment Drop Box is located at the Ross County Service Center at 475 Western Avenue. The box is in the front of the parking lot across from the main entrance to the building.

All payments deposited in the Payment Drop Box by 11:59 p.m. on the payment due date will be accepted without penalty.

Your canceled check will serve as your receipt, however, if you would like a receipt, put the entire bill in the envelope with your payment and include a self-addressed, stamped envelope. An officially stamped receipt will be sent back to you.

Payments deposited after the due date will be subject to a penalty as required by state law.
